Each Seaside Shades lampshade is handmade to order using carefully selected fabrics and materials.

Available as either a Table Lamp Shade or Ceiling Pendant Shade, allowing you to create the perfect look for your home.

Available Sizes:• 20cm Diameter• 25cm Diameter• 30cm Diameter• 35cm Diameter• 40cm Diameter

All shades are individually handcrafted, therefore pattern placement may vary slightly, making each piece unique.

If you require a different size, fabric or lining option, please contact us to discuss a bespoke order.

Terms & Conditions

Handmade to Order

All Seaside Shades products are handmade to order. As each item is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, pattern placement and finish may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Ordering

By placing an order with Seaside Shades, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Cooling-Off Period

Customers have a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time their order is placed. During this period, orders may be cancelled for a full refund by contacting Seaside Shades in writing.

Production

After the 24-hour cooling-off period has expired, your order will enter production and materials will be allocated specifically for your item. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

Returns & Refunds

As all products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once production has begun, unless the item is received damaged, faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs and details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and courier services. Seaside Shades cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies.

Product Care

Our lampshades and table lamps are intended for indoor use only unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and in accordance with any care instructions provided.

Shipping Information

All Seaside Shades products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Once your order is complete, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and tracking information will be provided.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we reuse quality recycled boxes and packaging materials wherever possible. This helps reduce waste while ensuring your order is securely packaged and arrives safely.

Please note that as each item is individually handcrafted, production times may vary before dispatch. If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order.

Fabric Samples

We understand that choosing the perfect fabric online can sometimes be difficult. If you would like to see a fabric sample before placing your order, sample swatches are available upon request.

Viewing a sample in your own home allows you to check colours, textures and patterns against your décor and lighting conditions, helping you make your choice with confidence.
